What parking options are available for the Convergence Student Showcase?Attendees of the Digital Worlds Institute's convergence event on April 25th can find convenient parking options at several locations. Attendees may park at the Reitz Union Welcome Center Garage, Garage 5, Garage 14, and the Frazier Rogers Parking Lot for free after 4:30 PM, when parking passes are lifted. Please note that from Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, parking fees apply at these locations.

What can I expect at the Convergence Student Showcase?The presentation format of the showcase is designed as a reverse career fair or science fair, wherein students exhibit their projects either at tables or in a theater space. Guests actively explore the venue, interacting with the students and their projects.

Who can attend the Convergence Student Showcase and can I bring guests to the event?The event is free and open to the public. Yes, feel free to bring friends, family, or colleagues. The more, the merrier! We welcome everyone to join us in celebrating the achievements of our talented digital arts and science students.

I can't attend in-person, can I watch online?Yes, we understand that not everyone can attend in person. We'll be providing a live online stream of the Convergence Student Showcase to ensure that those unable to join us physically can still experience the excitement and creativity of the event. The live stream will be available at dwconvergence.com at the time of the event.
