Reality Check was created to provide all Digital Arts & Sciences (DAS) students, freshman to graduate, an opportunity to receive constructive professional feedback from Digital Worlds alum. This event is designed to model the interview process; practice networking and tell your story. Be sure to shake hands, listen intently, inquire thoughtfully, and position yourself professionally!

This is your chance to:
  • Practice your interview skills

  • Receive feedback about your work

  • Connect with recent DAS alumni

  • Distribute your resume

How To Prepare?
  • Present 8 to 12 of your best portfolio pieces.

  • Have copies of your resume.

  • A fully charged laptop or tablet.

  • Be sure to have files saved locally just in case.

  • Your portfolio and resume don’t have to be perfect, bring your best work and be prepared to talk about your thought process.

  • Be early, be prepared, and be mindful of how you present yourself and your work.

  • Come with an open mind. Reality Check is all about learning.

How to Sign Up?
